Please note there are some areas of disruption at Medmerry Park as building work to improve chalets and site are going on; should have been complete 1st March. Also the pub is being refurbished and hopes to be open 1st April but maybe limited in some way.

Facilities at the site are curtailed during this COVID-19 no discounts are available for anything unavailable or restricted.

Payment Policies
To secure this booking, a payment of 30% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 0 days of confirmation of intention to book.
There is a £100 damages breakages charge payable on or before arrival. This will usually be taken as a Pre-Auth which sometimes comes out of the account and many times does not (just gets ring-fenced). Sometimes the deposit may need to be taken twice as it gets returned after 7 working days.
If you would like to change the date of your reservation there will be an additional charge of £25. Only available at certain times.
If cancellation occurs between 15 and 100 days prior to arrival, a refund less a £65 administration charge.
If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 14 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
We are "Good to Go" with antiviral treatment as well as a dry fog system after customers have left. So it will be virus-free when you arrive.

Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am
Linen and towels are not provided; you will need to bring your own
The keys are available for collection between 4 pm (at the earliest) and 5 pm from the Windrush Holidays office in Bracklesham. Arrangements can be made for later collection; please contact Windrush Holidays. No early key collection is possible.
Windrush do not insure you in any way so it is advised that you take out appropriate insurance regarding your holiday.
This a no-smoking property
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All rubbish and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed, dried and put away before departure.
Please leave clean and tidy; after let clean is available at a cost.

Pets are allowed in some properties (there is a charge)
Always park according to the local conditions and restrictions.
No manual workers allowed
No parties or events allowed
The site does not allow any clothes, towels or bathing apparel to be visible drying around the chalet or on any veranda.
