New to our bookings, is a modern annex attached to a classic house by the popular pebbles of Bracklesham Bay. The property sleeps up to 3-4 people and is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped modernized kitchen.
Includes a smart TV, a washer, and a shower cubicle.
Discount prices at present at present work while the renovation is taking place on the shared garden.
Stepping stones in various places.
All linen and towels etc supplied.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of £100.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival.
There is a £100 damages/breakages/cleaning key return charge payable on or before arrival. This will usually be taken as a Pre-Auth automatically from your card on file on the day of arrival. Which sometimes comes out of the account and many times does not (just gets ring-fenced).
No late checkouts and charges will be incurred If you would like to change the date of your reservation. There will be an additional charge of £25. Only available at certain times. If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 60 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
