One enters the property from the veranda through French doors that opens up the lounge for that extra spacious feel. Cladded half walls in lounge and bedrooms. On your left side you sit down at a table large enough for 6 persons; adjacent to which is a bed settee. Walk between these into the very well equipped open plan kitchen. Off the kitchen to the right is the twin bedroom with a bedside table and 2 single wardrobes. Back in the kitchen leading onto a small hall housing the airing cupboard. Straight ahead is the fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath. The other door in the hall leads to the main bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and cupboards. WI-FI is included. Free view TV is in the lounge of this self-catering holiday chalet so you can still be in touch with your regular programs.
This property looks out across the quiet road of the site and to the left one can see the duck pond. Beyond this is the children's play area and straight down the road is the country pub. This is not to mention the great outdoor heated pool on the site and a 6 minute walk to the pebble/wet sand unspoiled beach. On quiet nights you may hear the sound of the sea and sometimes the ducks arrive at the veranda expecting to be fed.
This holiday chalet is not overlooked so has a real sense of being in that rural retreat. Whether you are just passing through for a few days in a self-catering holiday or want a base for 3 weeks then this will give you everything you need. A great place for bird watching, walking, fishing, cycling or resting.
To secure this booking, a payment of 30% of the grand total is due within 0 day of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total must be fully settled 60 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
There is a £100 damages breakages charge payable on or before arrival. This will usually be taken as a Pre-Auth which sometimes comes out of the account and many times does not (just gets ring fenced). Sometimes may need to be taken twice as it gets returned after 7 days.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation accept while Covid-19 is very active. So book with confidence and if Covid-19 restrictions stop you having your holiday we can organise a refund. As long as it is requested 14 days before the start date of your holiday.
Facilities at the site/property maybe curtailed during this COVID-19 no discounts available for anything unavailable or restricted. Accommodation will be fully functional.
Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am
The keys are available for collection between 4 pm (at the earliest) and 5 pm from the Windrush Holidays office in Bracklesham. Arrangements can be made for later collection; please contact Windrush Holidays. No early key collection is possible.
Windrush do not insure you in any way so it is advised that you take out appropriate insurance regarding your holiday.

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All rubbish and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed, dried and put away before departure.
Please leave clean and tidy; after let clean is available at a cost.
