This property will sleep up to seven people in three bedrooms. There is a double bed in the main bedroom there are two single beds in another bedroom downstairs and the other upstairs bedroom has two singles but one can be made into a double.

It's in a very rural area of the Isle of Wight but still close to those famous places on the island. Brighstone is halfway along the coastal route between Ventnor and Freshwater. Brighstone village with an iconic North Street and traditional cottages owned by National Trust. With a variety of things to do from a museum, coastal walks, and bridleways. St Mary's Church over 800 years old, is open daily. Peace and tranquillity come to mind as you step back in time to the lazy days of summer.

Payment Policies

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment.
There is a £100 damages/breakages/cleaning key return charge payable on or before arrival.
This will usually be taken as a Pre-Auth which sometimes comes out of the account and many times does not (just gets ring-fenced). Sometimes the this deposit may need to be taken twice as it gets returned after 7 working days.
No late checkouts and charges will be incurred
If you would like to change the date of your reservation there will be an additional charge of £25. Only available at certain times.

If cancellation from 61 days and above prior to arrival, a refund less a £65 administration charge.

If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 60 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.

We are "Good to Go" with antiviral treatment after customers have left.
