The chalet can sleep four people. Pet friendly and will accept two well-behaved dogs (for a small charge). The property has triple-sided decking and a view of the grasslands. French-style doors will welcome you to the lounge where you can relax. This property is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a walk-in double-sized shower.
Please bring your linen and towels and leave the chalet clean and tidy.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made after [or within 7 days of when] the second payment would be due, then this payment will be combined and due together with the first payment. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of £100.00. Instead of directly charging for the damage deposit, a hold will be placed on the payment card on file upon arrival.
There is a £100 damages/breakages/cleaning key return charge payable on or before arrival. This will usually be taken as a Pre-Auth automatically from your card on file on the day of arrival. Which sometimes comes out of the account and many times does not (just gets ring-fenced).
No late checkouts and charges will be incurred You may be able to change the date of your reservation. There will be an additional charge of £30.00 and only available at certain times. If the cancellation occurs between 0 and 60 days before arrival, 0% of the total booking amount is refundable.
